This class is for anyone who wants to take their biking to the next level. Through learning proper strength and conditioning strategy and technique, you will be able to translate these skills to enhance your abilities on your bike.

Building lower body strength + power
Increasing core and upper body strength + stability
Practicing specific movement patterns to be stronger on the bike
Decreasing the risk of injury
