Join us for a Beginner friendly ride at Table Rock to session the rock garden on Rock Island. Meet at the Old Idaho Penitentiary trailhead parking lot and we will ride up to the Rock Island trail from there. 

This session is a great option if you are new to riding technical features. We are hosting a ride for more advanced riders on this same trail on July 24th.

This ride will be focused on practicing technical skills by "sessioning" sections of the more technical trails at Table Rock. Plan for total mileage around 4-6miles/800ft elevation gain. We recommend wearing a full face helmet and elbow/knee pads if you have them. Once we get up to the Rock Garden trail section, we will be spending the evening practicing sections of this trail. Plan to be on/off your bike. Bring plenty of water if it's warm out and a jacket if windy. All levels welcome, no-drop ride, and everything we will ride is "challenge by choice" (you are welcome to walk any sections of the trail that you do not feel comfortable riding). Please note: this is not a skills clinic but more experienced riders will be there to share their tips/tricks for riding technical trails.
