Skills Clinics
We believe that riding safely with the proper skills is KEY to a positive experience with mountain biking. That’s why our group rides are NOT for total beginners. Let us help you build those skills to ride safely in a group setting. We also offer clinics for more advanced riders too with our trusted PMBI certified skills coaches.
Group Programs
Whether you are totally new to MTB or have been riding for years, we offer group programs to support your growth on and off the bike. Our group programs include not only the MTB skills needed, but also tools to help you build your overall health. And, connection with other amazing women who love to ride bikes.

Learn to mountain bike with us this spring!
Totally new to mountain biking?
Want to ride confidently and safely but not sure where to start?
We get it! Everyone was a beginner once at this sport, and we want to make learning how to mountain bike as safe and as FUN as possible.
This program is for women who are totally new to mountain biking, no previous experience required. If you’ve never ridden on dirt, but want to learn, this program is for you!
Our next cohort starts May 2025. Join the waitlist to get first access to register. Space is limited!
Who is this program right for?
Women who want to learn the foundational skills of mountain biking in a safe, supportive environment. This program includes skills coaching, bike maintenance skills, small group rides as well as how to build confidence off the bike through strength training, practical nutrition tools, and mindset.
