Why take a mountain bike strength and conditioning class?

Ride longer, ride harder and ride more often.

This class is for anyone who wants to take their biking to the next level. Through learning proper strength and conditioning strategy and technique, you will be able to translate these skills to enhance your abilities on your bike.

This class will focus on...

  • Building lower body strength + power

  • Increasing core and upper body strength + stability

  • Practicing specific movement patterns to be stronger on the bike

  • Decreasing the risk of injury

All attendees will receive a free week trial to the Trail Mix Training On-Demand app platform.
